The DB011 is a benchtop reach-in incubator model from one of our two lines of laboratory incubators designed for a variety of uses. It is a bench top incubator designed to fit on 24” benchtops or stacked with optional racking.

The DB011 is a bench top incubator designed to it on 24” benchtops or stacked with optional racking.
The DB series incubators include heating capabilities and cooling capabilities. These units excel as general all-round incubators. They have lower temperature specifications than our thermoelectrically cooled units and have associated greater heat removal capabilities. These units are ideal for locations where the ambient conditions cannot be controlled very well or there is a live heat load - such as for HPLCs, shakers, or other laboratory equipment. These units will also outperform our thermoelectric units where specifications call for fast “open door” recovery times.
All DB series models comes standard with a Fuji PXF4 (PID - Fuzzy Logic) controller providing a readout of actual and set-point values. This chamber comes with audible and visual alarms, ramp/soak, remote monitoring and a numeric password protection. Plenty of alternative customized options are available.
All DB series offer endless customized options. Common upgrades include more stainless steel shelving, stainless steel exterior, various lighting options including LED, fluorescent, dimming options and microprocessor control of lights, upgraded controllers (West EC-44, Future Design Touchpad, Watlow, Allen Bradley, etc.), and more.

In addition to standard warranties, we also offer extended warranties for cooling components, parts and labor. We also provide qualifications, validations and preventive maintenance services at an additional cost. Please ask for a quote.
Cabinet Construction
Standard model features powder-coated galvanized steel door, front, and sides. Interior has 304 stainless steel on door liner, top, bottom, back and sides. 2" I.D access port with access port cover and insulation plug located on side wall of the chamber.

Positive magnetic seal, reversible.
Insulation
Entire cabinet structure and doors insulated using 2" urethane foam.
Shelving
2 stainless steel shelves are standard. Shelves capable of supporting up to 150 lbs of evenly distributed weight. Full height shelf support pilasters, with double oblong holes on 1" centers. Pilasters made of stainless steel. Four (4) chrome plated, stainless steel shelf clips to be included for each shelf.
Refrigeration System
Unsurpassed temperature control through continuous refrigeration bypass system. Refrigeration system factory balanced using CFC free 134A refrigerant. Top mounted condensing unit. Factory pre-engineered capillary tube system with oversized condenser and evaporator to reduce product pull down time and to consistently maintain interior cabinet temperature (non-adjustable capillary tube system superior to problematic expansion valve). Evaporator – epoxy coated at the time of manufacture to eliminate the potential of corrosion.
Electrical Characteristics
Unit completely pre-wired at factory, and ready for final connection to a 115/60/1 phase – 15 amp dedicated (recommended) outlet. A cord and plug set is included. A sole use circuit is recommended.
