Major Areas of Responsibility Travels the contiguous United States with a Service Technician II or higher to gain on the job training. General understanding of functionality of Electrical and Mechanical components on products. Troubleshoots existing products for electrical and/or mechanical failures yielding a solution to the client under the supervision of a Service Technician II or higher. Execute Calibrations and Preventive Maintenance in the field per Darwin’s SOPs under the supervision of a Service Technician II or higher. Maintains cleanliness of worksite while servicing stability chambers. Assists in Quality Control if needed under the direction of the QC and Service Managers. Completes weekly reports on time per manager’s direction. Perform reach-in installations and provide customer with formal training. Depending upon experience and qualifications, average compensation ranges from $17 - $23/hour.
