Assistant Project Manager

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Approve timecards and keep track of technician’s hours.
  • Track man hours used on each project.
  • Equip technicians with proper tools.
  • Rent necessary equipment for each site as needed.
  • Check credit card statements.
  • Conduct site visits.
  • Assist with approving box drawings.
  • Approve Walk In Technicians expense reports.
  • Check in on and assist technicians in field.

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being
developed.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

The ability to travel as needed

The following skills are helpful:

Electrical diagnosis

Electrical wiring of 120V-208V circuits

Conduit cutting, bending and installation.

PVC plumbing, cutting and installation.

PEX piping plumbing and installation.
