Description Will work directly with contractors, engineers, and procurement teams handling the construction bidding, contract negotiations, and interpretation of architectural plans. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth through competitive bid submissions and effective deal making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in bid proposals/sales, estimating or related field. Proven success in selling and managing high-value projects. Willingness to travel occasionally for bid meetings, site visits, and industry events. Skills/Abilities Strong knowledge of contract structures, payment terms, and bid procedures. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Familiar with CRM and estimating software (Salesforce, Bluebeam, Procore, or PlanGrid) Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
