Description This position will work directly with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs, support the quoting process, and help deliver high-performance environmental chambers to labs, research facilities, and other technical environments. This role is ideal for someone who wants to expand their career in B2B sales, learn a specialized product, and grow with a supportive team. Major Areas of Responsibility Own the full sales process from initial inquiry to closing Respond to inbound leads and follow up to qualify opportunities Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers Develop quotes and proposals based on customer needs and project requirements Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall team revenue targets Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and opportunities in Salesforce Support customer presentations, demos, and trade show activities Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and marketing to move deals forward Help manage contractor/vendor listings and procurement site registrations Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and pipeline Requirements Bachelor’s degree required (all majors considered) Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus, but not required. Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn technical products and B2B sales processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce (training provided) Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented. Some travel may be required.
